People who know you well will send you virtual gifts and these virtual gifts will contain lovely messages and pictures that will remind you of the person that initiated the communication between you and them. These gifts cannot be blocked so you cannot know who has received your communication so you will never know who has read it. Of course, you can not interact with these virtual gifts. It is done right away, and the only thing you communicate to these people is you leave your comment.
